Phi Theta Kappa Mountaineer Award

Eligibility Requirements:

This award is for students who have been initiated into the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. Proof of membership is required with application. Student must have at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA and maintain full-time enrollment. Application and required documents must be submitted to the Scholarship Coordinator for consideration.

Deadline: Students must complete this application prior to the first day of their first term at EOU.
